My Story

My love for baking began at 14 when I discovered the joy of creating delicious treats for my family and friends. With over 55 years of baking experience, I've mastered everything from timeless classics to modern confections.

After retiring from my previous career, I followed my lifelong dream and enrolled in pastry school. In 2018, I proudly earned my pastry degree, refining my skills and deepening my passion for the craft.

Now, through Sally’s Baking School, I share my expertise and enthusiasm by teaching hands-on classes for all levels. Whether new to baking or looking to expand your repertoire, my small classes offer a fun, supportive environment where everyone can learn, bake, and enjoy.
